After many years of performing for young children, families and schools we are currently taking a much needed rest and recoup period.

We look forward to taking your enquiries and re-entertaining at your event when we return (date to be confirmed, please keep an eye on this space).

Please acknowledge our Terms and Conditions prior to booking your party or event with Sprinkles Parties;


Sprinkles Parties Terms and Conditions apply to any booking made with the Company, Sprinkles Parties. By making a booking with the Company, Sprinkles Parties, it is assumed that the Client has read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.


A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required upon booking your party. Your booking will be confirmed once this payment has been received by Sprinkles Parties.

Under no circumstances will Sprinkles Parties be liable for any loss, damages or consequential loss of whatsoever nature as a result of any non-performance or inadequate performance by a Performer at the Client's Function. 


The Client acknowledges that it holds adequate public liability insurance to cover any personal injury that might be suffered by the Performer and all invitees at the Function.


Please be aware that children, particularly under the age of 3 need to be supervised by parents at all times.

We will treat your home/location with the utmost respect and care, however we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused by a guest. We recommend the removal of any precious belongings from the entertaining area prior to your event.

We do not carry responsibility for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from any food or beverage we supply, wearing of costumes or any activities including face painting taken place before, during and/or after the party.

Whilst the company, Sprinkles Parties, and the Entertainer/s take every precaution to ensure that every game and activity is safe and appropriate for the children, the company, Sprinkles Parties, and the Entertainer/s can not be held responsible for the safety or well being of any of the children in attendance at any point throughout the party. Any injuries incurred during the party are the sole responsibility of the Client. The company, Sprinkles Parties, and the Entertainer/s cannot be at any time held responsible.


Sprinkles Parties reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings. In the extremely rare case of unforeseen circumstances causing a cancellation on Sprinkles Parties behalf, the required $100.00 confirmation deposit will be refunded immediately.


In the case of liability or financial remuneration due to aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.


You the Client, hereby indemnify Sprinkles Parties against all claims, actions, suits, demands or costs made on or against Sprinkles Parties by any person arising from the provision of any goods and materials supplied by Sprinkles Parties.
